This furnished studio is for those who feel a little hesitant about sharing a kitchen or bath with others. The room has its own kitchen, toilet, and bath, so you can live at your own pace. ■ Commuting
Two stations are available: Gumyoji Station on the Keikyu Main Line and Gumyoji Station on the Yokohama Municipal Subway, both about a 10-minute walk away. From Keikyu Gumyoji Station, it takes about 10 minutes to Yokohama and about 30 minutes to Shinagawa.

■ Your room and the building
The room is about 16㎡ (6 tatami mats) and comes with an IH kitchen, a unit bath, an air conditioner, a refrigerator, wall storage, and a desk and chair (whether a bed is included varies by room).
The building is a four-story reinforced concrete building with an auto-lock entrance, and each room has an intercom. There is a parcel delivery box, so you can receive packages even if you are often out. There are also 4 shared coin-operated washing machines and 2 dryers.

■ Costs and contract
Only electricity needs to be contracted yourself, with a power company. Water and gas are unlimited for a fixed monthly amount, and internet is free. Two people moving in together can also be discussed. The minimum contract period is 3 months.
