About this share house

This share house is for people who value both an easy commute and convenient everyday shopping. About 40% of the residents are from outside Japan, so international exchange happens naturally as part of daily life.

■ Commuting
The house is an 8-minute walk from Omori Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line and a 10-minute walk from Heiwajima Station on the Keikyu Main Line. From Omori Station, Shinagawa is 6 minutes, Shimbashi 13 minutes and Yokohama 18 minutes away, so you can head toward Tokyo or Yokohama without changing trains. The route from the station has hardly any turns, so it is easy to follow even on your first visit.

■ Daily shopping
Right near the house are a small supermarket (a 30-second walk) and Supermarket Ozeki, a drugstore and a convenience store (each a 1-minute walk). About a 6-minute walk away are Nitori, MEGA Don Quijote and Daiso, so when you want to add furniture or daily goods, you can find them nearby. There is a shopping street between the station and the house, and beyond it is a quiet residential area.

■ Your room and shared spaces
Private rooms are 4.5–6 tatami mats and have a lock. A bed, a desk, a chair, a refrigerator, an air conditioner and a closet are provided, so you can start living here without buying furniture.
The shared areas include a kitchen and living room, a working space with Wi-Fi, a parcel delivery box and individual mailboxes. On days you work from home or want to focus on studying, you can choose a place other than your room. There are women-only toilets and showers, so the bathroom facilities are separate for men and women. The interior of the shared areas was renovated in August 2025.

■ Costs and contract
The monthly common service fee includes internet, electricity, gas and water. The minimum contract period is 3 months. The house is for residents aged 39 and under, and the whole building is non-smoking.

Online viewings are available. Our staff can also help you in English, so please feel free to contact us even if you are not confident in Japanese.
