About this share house
A share house for women only, and non-smoking throughout. The building entrance has an auto-lock, so if you are new to share houses or concerned about safety when living on your own, you can still feel at ease here.
■ Commuting
The nearest station is Kuhombutsu Station on the Tokyu Oimachi Line, a 3-minute walk from the house. Jiyugaoka Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line is also about 15 minutes away on foot. From Jiyugaoka, Shibuya is about 10 minutes and Yokohama about 20 minutes away, so it is easy to head into Tokyo or toward Yokohama.
■ Daily shopping
There is a supermarket just outside the ticket gates of Kuhombutsu Station, so you can stop by even on days you come home late from work or school. Small shops are dotted around the station, and in front of Jiyugaoka Station there are supermarkets open until late and a traditional shopping street. You will rarely have trouble buying everyday items.
■ Your room and shared spaces
There are 11 private rooms of 4–4.5 tatami mats. Each has a bed, a table and chair, a mirror, an air conditioner and a refrigerator, so you can start living here with just your personal belongings, without buying large furniture.
The shared areas include a kitchen with cooking utensils and tableware, toilets on each floor (all with bidet toilet seats), two showers and one bathtub, a washing machine and dryer, a microwave and a rice cooker. You can choose a quick shower or a long soak in the bath, depending on the day.
■ Costs and contract
The monthly common service fee includes internet, water, gas and electricity. You don't need to set up utility contracts yourself, so there is less paperwork when you move. The minimum contract period is 3 months.

About the rooms
Rooms are Western-style, 4–4.5 tatami mats, with wooden flooring throughout. A bed, a table and chair, a table mirror and a full-length mirror are provided, and each room also has its own air conditioner and refrigerator. You can use the internet in your room too.
For storage there is a closet, so you can put away clothes and bags neatly.
Because the room is compact, sleeping, getting ready and doing a little work are all within easy reach. With no furniture or appliances to buy, you only need to bring your personal belongings when you move.
Some rooms are corner rooms. Feel free to ask about the size and direction of the available rooms when you contact us. With an online viewing, you can also see an actual room on screen.
