About this share house

This furnished studio is for women who think, "Sharing the bathroom and kitchen with others in a share house makes me a little nervous," but also, "Buying all my furniture and appliances from scratch sounds like a lot of work." It is for women only, and the entrance has an auto-lock. There are locks both at the building entrance and at your own door, so even if this is your first time living alone, you can settle in with peace of mind.

■ Commuting
The nearest station is Nishimagome Station on the Toei Asakusa Line, a 4-minute walk from the house. Nishimagome is the first and last stop on the line, so it is easy to get a seat in the morning, and there is no worry about riding past your stop on the way home. Gotanda Station on the JR Yamanote Line is about 8 minutes away, Shimbashi about 19 minutes and Nihombashi about 25 minutes, so you can reach the central business districts without changing trains. Asakusa is about 33 minutes away and Oshiage, home of Tokyo Skytree, about 37 minutes, which is handy for days out on weekends.

■ The neighborhood
The house is in a residential area one street back from the main road. Because it is close to the station, you don't have to walk far on days when you come home late from work or school.

■ Your room and the building
Each room is a studio of about 12.5 m², laid out like a business hotel room with everything you need in one place. It comes with a bed, a desk and chair, a TV, an air conditioner, a refrigerator and a mini kitchen, and the toilet and other bathroom facilities are inside your room.
The building is a four-story reinforced concrete building with 19 rooms. The shared areas have two coin-operated washing machines, two coin-operated dryers, and a mailbox for each room.

■ Costs and contract
The monthly common service fee includes internet, water, gas and electricity. You don't need to set up electricity or gas contracts yourself, so there is less paperwork when you move. The minimum contract period is 3 months.
