The house is a 7-minute walk from Gakugei-daigaku Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. From Gakugei-daigaku, Shibuya is 2 stops and about 7 minutes away by express train, and Daikanyama is about 5 minutes by local train. Shinjuku is about 15 minutes and Ikebukuro about 22 minutes away, so the main stations in central Tokyo are easy to reach.

A shopping street starts right outside Gakugei-daigaku Station, and there are shops along the way to the house as well. The neighborhood has many independent shops, such as cafés that stay open late, bakeries that make their own bread, and doughnut shops. The area around the house is a quiet residential neighborhood, with a park and a fitness club nearby.

The building has four stories and is reinforced concrete. The 1st and 2nd floors are offices, and the 3rd and 4th floors are the residential floors. You enter the residential floors through a separate front door with a combination lock, so your comings and goings are kept apart from the office.
Rooms are 5.8–9.8 tatami mats and come with a mini kitchen, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, a bed, a desk and chair, storage, lighting and curtains.
The shared areas include a living room, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a washroom, toilets with bidet toilet seats, and washing machines. There is also a sunny space for hanging laundry. With mailboxes and a parcel delivery box, you can receive packages even on days you are out.

The monthly common service fee includes internet, water, gas and electricity. The minimum contract period is 6 months.
