About this share house

A small women-only share house with just 5 rooms, for women who want to live near a station right in the heart of Tokyo. With only a few residents, it is a comfortable size if you find large share houses too lively to relax in.

■ Commuting
The nearest station is Okachimachi Station on the JR Yamanote Line, a 2-minute walk from the house. From Okachimachi, Ueno and Akihabara are about 2 minutes away and Shinagawa about 15 minutes. JR Ueno Station is also about an 8-minute walk, so you can use the Ginza Line, the Hibiya Line and the Shinkansen too. Being able to choose the station and line that suit where you are going is one of the good things about this location.

■ The neighborhood
There are many shops around the house, from large stores to small ones. Ameyoko is close by, so you will rarely have trouble shopping for food or daily necessities. Ueno Park (Ueno Onshi Park) and Ueno Zoo are within walking distance too, so even in central Tokyo you can spend some quiet time, such as taking a walk in the park on your days off.

■ Your room and shared spaces
Private rooms are Western-style, 4 tatami mats, and come with an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a bed (or sofa bed), a desk and more.
The shared areas include a kitchen with an IH (induction) stove, kitchen utensils, a microwave, a rice cooker, a living space, a washing machine, a washroom, and a toilet with a bidet toilet seat. As well as a shower, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, so you can soak in the tub and unwind after a long day.
The building is reinforced concrete, with an auto-lock entrance. There is also a door with a number keypad, so there are two locks to get in.

■ Costs and contract
The monthly common service fee includes internet, water, gas and electricity. The house is for residents aged 18 to 39, and the minimum contract period is 3 months.
