How to Use ShareClip
Find more share houses you like, compare them more easily, and reach out with less hassle. No account is required. We'll walk you through the main features of ShareClip in a way that's easy to follow, even if it's your first visit.

Search for share houses by Conditions
Narrow down the share houses that match your needs using four axes: area, train lines and stations, features, and resident data.
Search by Line or Station
Browse by train line or nearest station. Set the station you commute to under "Destination" in the header, and each listing shows about how long it takes by train; you can also narrow down to houses within a set number of minutes.
Search by Features
Filter by the features that matter to you, such as women-only, foreigner-friendly, and pet-friendly.
Search by Resident Data
Search by the vibe — gender ratio, age range, how often events are held, and more.
Search Tips
- Combine multiple conditions — for example, "Yokohama area" × "large house" — to narrow things down precisely. On a station page you can combine the station with features or resident data.
- If narrowing too far leaves you with 0 results, you can readjust your conditions from "Refine Conditions" on the search results page.

Check the latest status of each room — available, soon to be available, or full — along with monthly costs such as rent, common fees, and initial costs.
Photos & Posted Snaps
In addition to photos of the exterior, common areas, and private rooms, you can get a feel for daily life through "snap posts" from operators and residents.
Access & Neighborhood
See the walking time from the nearest station, the travel time to major stations, and information about the surrounding area at a glance.
Resident Data & Atmosphere
Get a sense of the house's "atmosphere" — gender ratio, age range, nationality mix, how often events are held, how close residents are with one another, and more.
Feature Tags
See a listing's features at a glance with easy-to-read icon tags such as women-only, newly built/renovated, 5 minutes from the station, and pet-friendly.
Operator Information
Check information about the company or owner operating that share houses. You can also browse other listings from the same operator.

Send an Inquiry to a share houses
There are two ways to inquire: from an individual listing page, or all at once from your clip list. Use whichever you prefer.

Inquire Individually
From a share houses's detail page, you can inquire about that listing only. This is ideal for a final check once you've narrowed it down to a single listing.
- Press the "Inquiry" button on the listing detail page
- Fill in the required fields in the form and submit
- The share houses operator replies to you directly

Inquire to Several at Once from Your Clips
From the share houses you've clipped, inquire about multiple listings at once. Since it takes just a single entry, it's convenient while you're comparing options.
- Select "Inquire to All" from your clip list
- Check the share houses you want to contact
- Your message is sent to each operator at the same time
