If you are looking for a large-scale share house in Tokyo with over 30 residents, the best options are properties featuring well-equipped communal lounges and theater rooms, where social events are held regularly.
Large properties are scattered along the Chuo Line (such as Nakano and Koenji), in the southern areas (such as Ota Ward), and along the Seibu Shinjuku Line. Because of the larger number of residents, these houses offer extensive shared facilities, making them ideal for those moving to Tokyo who want to keep initial costs low.
A furnished share house near Shinjuku Sta. Ideal if you prefer a relaxed, easygoing distance with your housemates.
