Each private room at First House Funabashi comes fully furnished with essential appliances, allowing you to settle in and start your new life immediately without the hassle of moving. The shared areas are well-equipped with everything needed for daily living, ensuring a smooth transition. Our residents are primarily in their 20s and 30s, including many international tenants. It is an environment where you can enjoy your privacy while still having the opportunity to socialize with others when you choose. Located just a 5-minute walk from Funabashi Station, the house offers excellent accessibility, with direct access to Tokyo and Otemachi stations in about 30 minutes.
