Shibuya / Ebisu / Shimokitazawa / Renovated affordable share houses (+ other filters) (lowest private-room price)

If you want to live in Shibuya, Ebisu, or Shimokitazawa but prefer a modern interior over an older building, focusing on renovated properties allows you to enjoy new facilities regardless of the building's age.

This area includes the Meguro, Nakameguro, and Sangenjaya neighborhoods, with access to the Inokashira, Tokyu Toyoko, and Den-en-toshi lines. While rents are higher due to the proximity to the city center, you can find properties with updated plumbing and common areas in Shimokitazawa or Sangenjaya at more reasonable rates than right in front of Shibuya Station.
