If you are looking for a medium-sized share house for 10–29 people in the Ikebukuro, Akabane, or Nerima areas, the biggest appeal is a "sense of scale where you can get to know everyone"—not too crowded, yet never lonely.
Ikebukuro offers excellent access to both the city center and Saitama via the Saikyo, Tobu Tojo, and Seibu Ikebukuro lines, while Akabane and Itabashi allow you to keep rent costs down without sacrificing convenience. Many medium-sized properties feature well-equipped living rooms and kitchens, making them a safe and comfortable choice for your first time living alone.
A furnished share house near Ikebukuro Sta. Residents are mostly in their 20s, with many international residents. Ideal if you prefer a relaxed, easygoing distance with your housemates.
