Ariya House Takinogawa is a clean and stylish share house exclusively for women. It is located in a quiet residential area, a 6-minute walk from Itabashi Station on the Saikyo Line and a 4-minute walk from Shin-Itabashi Station on the Toei Mita Line. It offers excellent access, with Ikebukuro just 4 minutes away, Shinjuku 10 minutes, and Shibuya 16 minutes via the JR Saikyo Line. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop to support home cooking. Electricity for individual rooms is charged based on a meter reading, averaging 2,000 yen. All private rooms are lockable and furnished with an air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, desk, chair, and bed. The TV in each room is highly appreciated by residents. Both Wi-Fi and wired internet are available, making it suitable for remote work. Itabashi Station features a gym inside, and the surrounding area is convenient with many restaurants and eateries. Sugamo and Ikebukuro are also within walking distance. No guarantor is required, and the contract process is simple. There are no renewal fees.
