The house is limited to a small group of six residents, with three people per floor. Since the first and second floors have separate entrances, each floor functions as a private 3-person share, making for a comfortable living environment. The spacious IH system kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy cooking. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a reheating function. All rooms are private and lockable, and the entire house is non-smoking. A large bicycle parking space is available.

The TVs, in particular, are highly popular with our residents. A 24-hour gym is just a 1-minute walk away, and a supermarket is within a 5-minute walk.
