We share a single-family house among three residents. All rooms are private, lockable, and for women only. The kitchen features an induction cooktop to support home cooking. We do not charge for gas or water; electricity for your private room is metered and billed separately (averaging 2,000 yen). There are no additional charges for common area electricity. Monthly payments consist only of rent and your room's electricity, making this a great value. No guarantor is required, the contract process is simple, and there are no renewal fees.
