About the rooms

Spacious 20 sqm (approx. 12 tatami) rooms. Most include a private shower, toilet, mini-kitchen, shoe rack, and large closet, perfect for those moving from a studio apartment. Five rooms on the 1st floor offer the full 12-tatami space without private facilities (suitable as a home office). Couples are welcome (+15,000 JPY).

Initial cost	Contract Fee: 1st Floor: 60,000 JPY (excl. tax); 2nd-4th Floors: 70,000 JPY (excl. tax). *Guarantor company required (J-Lease). Guarantee fee: 20,000 JPY initial, plus 1% of monthly rent.
