Designed with an international exchange concept, the property features two adjacent buildings—an Asian Resort wing and a European Boutique wing—that residents are free to move between.
The famous Gumyoji Temple is right in front of the house, offering a view of traditional Japanese atmosphere from your window. The renowned Gumyoji Shopping Street is also just a 1-minute walk away, where you can soak up the nostalgic charm and vibrant energy of the local community.
We aim to create an environment where people of different nationalities, languages, cultures, and professions can live together, gain new perspectives, and broaden their outlook on life. Our community is designed for adults, typically ranging from their 20s to 50s.
Our designer rooms are spacious, with some up to 12 tatami mats in size. To ensure a smooth transition for those used to living alone, we offer premium amenities including rooms with large jacuzzi-style baths, large kitchens, private toilets, or wall-to-wall luxury closets, as well as shared massage chairs. Both furnished and unfurnished rooms are available.
We highly recommend this house to those who enjoy socializing, as we provide communication tools for residents and host monthly international exchange parties.
With easy access to both the Keikyu Line and the Blue Line at Gumyoji Station, commuting to Yokohama takes only 10 minutes. This is the perfect home for those working in Yokohama who want to add a little extra inspiration to their daily life beyond the office.

Monthly rent ranges from 38,000 yen to 65,000 yen, and some rooms come with a private kitchen or private toilet.
