Yokohama Garden comes fully furnished with appliances, allowing you to start your new life with ease. The shared space features a spacious garden and vegetable patch, where you can enjoy the changing seasons. It also offers excellent access, located about 20 minutes from Yokohama Station and 25 minutes from Kawasaki Station.

Currently, residents are primarily in their 30s and come from diverse backgrounds. With about 50% of residents being international, it is a home where lively interaction is a part of daily life. We are also currently recruiting for a work-exchange program that offers a 10,000 yen monthly discount. Initial cost	Administrative fee: 30,000 JPY (includes move-out cleaning fee). Fire insurance: 5,000 JPY per year.
Monthly cost	Private room rent: 32,000-48,000 JPY. Common service fee: 12,000 JPY (includes Wi-Fi, water, electricity, gas, and common area usage).

Cleaning	Common areas are cleaned once a week by the house manager.
