The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop to support home cooking. Electricity for individual rooms is charged based on a meter reading, averaging 2,000 yen. All private rooms are lockable and furnished with an air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, desk, chair, and bed. The TV in each room is highly appreciated by residents. Both Wi-Fi and wired internet are available, making it suitable for remote work. Itabashi Station features a gym inside, and the surrounding area is convenient with many restaurants and eateries.
