If you are looking for a co-ed room in Shinjuku, Nakano, or Koenji, we recommend focusing on properties within walking distance of the Chuo and Sobu lines, and choosing based on the atmosphere of the common areas.
You can reach Shinjuku in about 10 minutes from Nakano, Koenji, or Takadanobaba, and even from Ogikubo without any transfers. Rents tend to be slightly higher closer to Shinjuku or the station.
