This brand-new co-living house opened in July 2022, offering a great balance of private space and shared community areas. Just about 15 minutes to Shibuya Station, REFU sits in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by leafy parks.
Step through the sleek, understated entrance and you're welcomed by a spacious living room, complete with a large sofa in warm, muted tones — perfect for settling in with a movie. The fully equipped kitchen means you'll never have to worry about not having what you need to cook. And once the sun goes down, unwind with a glass of wine at the bar counter — a great way to end the day.
There's also a fitness area for anyone who wants to stay active, and a dedicated study corner if you need a quiet place to focus. Private rooms range from 8.4㎡ to 12.39㎡, giving you plenty of space to make your own. Thoughtful touches like a coffee maker and water dispenser are all part of the experience, designed with residents in mind.

REFU in Suginami Ward is a co-living house with excellent access, located about 20 minutes direct to Shibuya and 25 minutes to Shinjuku. The house comes fully furnished with appliances, so you can start your new life from the day you move in.
