Private room rents range from 32,000 yen to 48,000 yen per month, with sizes ranging from 7 sqm to 10 sqm. In addition to fully private rooms ensuring your privacy, residents share a kitchen, living room, showers, toilets, and a spacious garden and vegetable patch.
Monthly costs include a 12,000 yen common service fee in addition to the room rent, which covers Wi-Fi, water, electricity, gas, and the use of common spaces. Initial costs require a 35,000 yen administrative fee and 5,000 yen for one year of fire insurance. At Yokohama Garden, fees and shared areas are clearly separated like this, allowing you to live while easily calculating your fixed monthly expenses.
