This is a special campaign for TOKYO β Ikuta where the administrative fee and the first month's rent are both 0 yen. The standard initial administrative fee of 30,000 yen is waived. The ongoing monthly costs are 46,000 yen for rent and 16,500 yen for the common service fee. Please note that while there is no security deposit, key money, or guarantor required, a prorated amount for the rent and common service fee for the remainder of the first month will be charged upon move-in.
