Ikuta Station on the Odakyu Odawara Line offers great access to central Tokyo, reaching Shinjuku and Shibuya in about 30 minutes! [Property] Professional staff clean common areas at least once a week. As this is a share house, all areas except your private room are shared. Feel free to use the kitchen, washing machine, shower, and Wi-Fi, all free of charge. The building has two floors with 14 rooms in total. There is a shower and toilet on each floor. All rooms are private, lockable, and ensure your privacy. [Neighborhood] The area around the station is well-equipped with supermarkets (Odakyu OX, YURI STORE, OK) and convenience stores, so shopping is easy!
