◆ J&F House Kansai 2 is an international share house in Mukonoso on the Hankyu Kobe Line, featuring 80 rooms (70 private rooms and 10 dormitory-style rooms). With Mukonoso just 15 minutes from Umeda and 21 minutes from Sannomiya, it offers excellent access to both Osaka and Kobe.
◆ With an auto-lock entrance and an on-site manager, this is a safe and secure choice for those living alone for the first time. The spacious dining room on the first floor, the fully equipped kitchen, and the laundry facilities are available 24/7. The theater room, complete with a screen and projector, is also suitable for playing musical instruments. As the building is a fully renovated six-story apartment complex, the private rooms on floors 2–6 offer a quiet, personal space away from the noise of common areas.
◆ While many residents stay long-term—some for over six years—the house is also ideal for short-term stays for business trips, training, or job hunting. Whether you want to try living here for a month or extend your stay if you like it, we are flexible with lease terms (no contract or renewal fees). After the first month, rent is prorated on a daily basis.
◆ Living areas are separated by gender. Toilets, showers, and washrooms are shared among every three rooms, ensuring they are never crowded. If you wish to bring your own furniture, we can remove any existing items you don't need. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building and in all rooms. Wired LAN is also available in private rooms, making it convenient for those working from home.
◆ The house has a calm atmosphere primarily for working professionals, but it is also home to international students from nearby universities like Kwansei Gakuin and Konan. With residents from Western and Asian countries, you will have plenty of opportunities to practice English or Chinese. Supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby, making daily shopping easy. Please feel free to ask us anything, no matter how small. We welcome viewings at any time, regardless of whether you decide to move in.
