  1. Green Share Nishi-Ogikubo

Here is a look back at the Halloween party at Green Share Nishi-Ogikubo in October 2025.

It rained and turned suddenly cold that day, but residents and their friends still came, and the courtyard was decorated for Halloween. The mystery box, a big hit at our previous event, made a comeback and had everyone guessing what was inside. We also picked a winner for the best costume.

It is a large house with a courtyard, and seasonal events give residents plenty of chances to meet each other.

  2. Green Share Nishi-Ogikubo

A 7-minute walk from Nishi-Ogikubo Station on the JR Chuo and Sobu lines. The station area is lined with restaurants, general stores, bookstores, and cafes, making it a great location to enjoy weekend shopping or stopping by on your way home from work.

Green Share Nishi-Ogikubo is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the station area.

  3. Green Share Nishi-Ogikubo

This house is ideal for those who want smooth access to Shinjuku Station and the Chuo Line. Green Share Nishi-Ogikubo currently has private rooms available. Priced at 84,000 yen per month, you can start your room search right away.

  4. Green Share Nishi-Ogikubo

Green Share Nishi-Ogikubo welcomed many new residents between March and April, so we held a welcome party themed around bringing food from your home country.

Our staff prepared temaki (hand-rolled) sushi, and residents brought Singaporean chicken rice, pizza, salami, homemade desserts and more. Over 25 residents joined, and those trying hand-rolled sushi for the first time had fun making their own.

Even among people meeting for the first time, food gets the conversation going naturally.
