For those looking for a location in Nakano Ward with easy access to Shinjuku and a lively atmosphere with just the right number of people, a medium-sized house with 10–29 residents is the most balanced choice.
From Nakano Station, you can reach Shinjuku in just a few minutes via the Chuo or Sobu lines, and if you choose the Higashi-Nakano or Ochiai areas, you can also use the Tozai Line, helping you keep rent costs down while commuting to the city center. Medium-sized houses offer well-equipped shared kitchens and lounges, while maintaining a sense of community where you can get to know your housemates. Being close to the shopping street culture toward Koenji is another great appeal.
