Small House (Max 9) / Residents in their teens・International residents present・Almost everyone socializes share houses

If you prefer a more intimate living environment over the bustling atmosphere of a large dormitory, a small-scale share house with 9 residents or fewer is the perfect choice for you.

These homes offer a relaxed atmosphere where kitchens and bathrooms are less crowded, and residents can easily get to know one another by name. In the Yokohama area of Kanagawa, you can find smaller properties along the Tokaido Line that offer easy commutes to the city center, all while keeping rent affordable—often cheaper than living alone.
