★A designer share house created by renovating a building originally constructed in 1977, featuring natural and stylish rooms. The rooms are spacious enough for remote work or creative production. Feel free to customize your room as needed—we have carpentry tools available and are happy to consult and support you as much as possible. You are also welcome to plan events or workshops with the consent of your housemates. ★This share house is a renovated private residence. While soundproofing on the floors and walls was enhanced during the renovation, please be considerate of neighboring rooms upstairs and downstairs during the night. Space is available for bicycles and motorcycles, making your commute or shopping convenient. A monthly parking lot is also nearby for 5,000 yen/month, taking about 10 minutes by car to Kita-Kashiwa Station and 15 minutes to Kashiwa-no-ha Campus Station. ★If you want to head into town, the Kashiwa Station area offers Takashimaya, Station Mall, Modi, and recommended vintage clothing stores for younger residents. Kashiwa-no-ha also features a large shopping mall. ★For nature lovers, the Tone River, Akebono Park, Teganuma Lake, and Prefectural Kashiwa Park are great for cycling and enjoying barbecues. ★Various supermarkets and hospitals are nearby for your peace of mind.

Initial cost	Deposit: 40,000 JPY (Refundable upon moving out, though subject to use for indoor inspection repairs if applicable). Fire insurance required separately. Key money: 0 JPY. Optional key replacement fee available upon request.

Other	Monthly parking is available nearby for 5,000 JPY/month.

Management

Cleaning	The frequency of cleaning services varies depending on the number of residents. Cleaning of shared areas—including the bathroom, toilet, stairwell, kitchen, dining room, living room, and entryway—is conducted at a rate of once per month per person. When all 4 rooms are occupied, this becomes 4 times a month. Trash disposal is handled by housemates taking turns based on discussions. Neighborhood trash station cleanup comes around a few times a year in 3-week blocks, but the owner takes care of this instead.
Rules	The building is strictly non-smoking. Common-sense house rules apply, such as no nighttime noise.
