This is a convenient, small-scale share house with easy access to both Yokohama Station and Tokyo! It is a flat 4-minute walk from Keikyu Line's Koyasu Station and Kanagawa-Shinmachi Station, and just over a 10-minute walk to JR Keihin-Tohoku Line's Shin-Koyasu and Higashi-Kanagawa Stations. You can reach Shinagawa Station in 20 minutes and Yokohama Station in just 3 minutes, making it perfect for work and leisure! Yokohama Station is also a short bike ride away, and some residents even enjoy walking home for a bit of exercise. We have several other houses in the neighborhood, so you can choose the environment that suits you best. Both the private rooms and common areas are spacious, yet the house is limited to a small number of residents, allowing everyone to enjoy a relaxed lifestyle with a comfortable sense of personal space.
