About this share house
Oizumi-gakuen Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line is about 15 minutes from Ikebukuro! From Ikebukuro, you have easy access to Saitama and Kanagawa areas. Professional staff clean the common areas at least once a week. As this is a share house, all areas except your private room are shared. Feel free to use the kitchen, washing machines, showers, and Wi-Fi, all at no extra cost. The two-story building has 14 rooms in total, with three showers, toilets, and kitchens on each floor. All rooms are private, lockable, and offer complete privacy. The neighborhood features large commercial facilities like Gran Emio Oizumi-gakuen and Life Extra supermarket, along with charming traditional shopping streets like Higashi-Oizumi Nakamachi Ginza and Yume-tel, perfect for weekend outings.
