Female-only, but please note it may become co-ed in the future. Newly built property with professional cleaning of common areas at least once a week. As a share house, all areas except private rooms are shared. Dining kitchen, washing machine, shower, and Wi-Fi are free to use. Two-story building with 11 rooms. All rooms are private with locks to ensure privacy. Room 106 is the dining room. Ito-Yokado is located right in front of Kami-Itabashi Station.
