Keisei Main Line [Horikiri-Shobuen Station] is about 19 minutes to Ueno without transfers! About 27 minutes to Ikebukuro! Excellent access to central Tokyo.
[Property] Professional staff clean the common areas at least once a week. As this is a share house, everything except private rooms is shared. Kitchens, washing machines, showers, Wi-Fi, etc. are free to use. All are free. 3-story building with a total of 12 rooms. There are 3 showers on the 1st floor and 1 toilet on each floor. All rooms are private with locks to properly protect your privacy.
[Neighborhood] The area around Horikiri-Shobuen Station has plenty of supermarkets (Akafudado, Comodi Iida) and convenience stores. There is a traditional shopping street and cafes in front of the station, and the [Horikiri Waterside Park] along the Arakawa River, where you can relax on your days off!
