桜の名所「毛馬桜ノ宮公園」のすぐ近くにThe Maison ３号店ができました。ビル一棟をフルコンバージョンした大阪中心部では数少ない大型シェアハウスです。没入感のあるテレワークスペース、楽器演奏やフィットネスでシェアメイトと趣味を共有できる防音多目的ルーム、カウンターやソファ、個席を配置したリビング空間 アフターコロナの生活をサポートしてくれる最新の共用スペースをご用意しております。近隣の大阪城、淀川（大川）を望む公園はジョギングやピクニックに最適で大阪の中心部にありながら自然を満喫できる場所です。個室は約５帖と広くはないですが、たっぷりのクローゼット収納と有線LAN回線を全室に設置しています。JR環状線 桜ノ宮駅へ徒歩３分、地下鉄谷町線 都島駅も利用でき２WAYで大阪市内をほぼカバーできる抜群のアクセス。週に２回スタッフが共用スペースを清掃。「ほどよい距離を保ちながら、ゆるやかに繋がれる。」ワーケーション感覚で日常にちょっとした刺激を与えてくれるオトナのためのシェアハウスです。
