Located right behind the property is Funakoshi 7-chome Park, and the path along Nagaura Bay offers a refreshing breeze, making it a perfect route for daily walks. The neighborhood is well-equipped with essential services, including Taura Animal Hospital (15-minute walk) and Dog Salon JOY (19-minute walk).

A convenience store (FamilyMart) is just a 2-minute walk away, and the area is filled with various restaurants. Access to the city center is excellent; using the limited express train, you can reach Yokohama Station in about 34 minutes and Shinagawa Station in about 53 minutes, with a high likelihood of securing a seat during your commute.

Small animals other than dogs and cats are also welcome (please consult us regarding the species). Animal lovers without pets are also welcome to move in at a reduced rate.

Rent & initial costs

Initial cost	■ Security Deposit: 30,000 JPY. For residents without pets, 10,000 JPY will be deducted for cleaning upon move-out. For residents with pets, 20,000 JPY will be deducted for cleaning upon move-out.
Monthly cost	■ Common Service Fee (Fixed): Standard: 15,000 JPY. For pets: Additional 12,000 JPY per dog or cat. For double occupancy: Additional 15,000 JPY per person.

Management

Cleaning	Common areas are professionally cleaned once a week. Residents are responsible for taking out trash on a rotating schedule.
Rules	Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Overnight guests are not allowed. Residents must be able to live harmoniously with other tenants and pets. Required documents for pets: Dogs: Rabies vaccination certificate and combined vaccine certificate. Cats: Combined vaccine certificate and spay/neuter certificate.
