  1. Modern Living Nakano II

For those who want to carefully check their initial costs and monthly expenses before renting a room, here is an overview of the fee structure at Modern Living Nakano II.

Upon moving in, a security deposit is required in addition to the rent and common service fee.

Equivalent to one month's rent (30,000 yen for a 1-month contract), the security deposit is refunded after moving out.

A deposit deduction (shibiki) of 5,500 yen (3,500 yen for 1-month contracts) will be withheld.

Monthly expenses consist of the rent and a common service fee of 15,000 yen.

If you move in mid-month, the fees will be prorated.

The common service fee covers utility costs (electricity, gas, water), internet connection, and weekly cleaning of common areas.

Additionally, the common service fee includes use of the business center with PCs and a copier, daily consumable goods such as toilet paper, and the use of washing machines and dryers.

Maintenance fees, bicycle parking, and neighborhood association dues are also included, making it easy to calculate your monthly expenses.
