Cozy Share Nakano is located just a 7-minute walk from Nakano Station. You can reach Shinjuku Station in about 10 minutes without transfers, and both Shibuya and Ikebukuro are accessible within 20 minutes, making it an ideal location for those who prioritize convenience for commuting to work or school.
Currently, most of our residents are in their 20s, with about 80% being international. Each private room comes fully furnished with appliances, allowing you to start your new life immediately. We welcome applicants who are looking to enjoy a lively daily life while interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. As of October 9th, we have vacancies available. Please note that residency is limited to those aged 39 and under, and double occupancy is not permitted.
