It is a lively share house primarily for people in their 30s, where residents actively socialize by cooking together and practicing English. A vacancy has opened up on the women-only floor. We are currently running a campaign where initial costs are reduced to 30,000 yen. The unit comes furnished with appliances, so you can start your new life right away.

With much of the interior imported from Europe, the jacuzzi spa with a built-in speaker system, shower booths, and powder rooms will make you feel as if you are staying in a European hotel.
Music lovers can gather and play to their heart's content in the soundproof music room, which comes equipped with a piano.
