Urban Terrace Nakanoshima

Opened in 2021, this share house is just a 5-minute walk from Nakanoshima Station on the Nambu Line, offering excellent access to central Tokyo with a 27-minute commute to Shinjuku. The neighborhood is highly convenient, with a supermarket open until midnight just 3 minutes away and another located within a 5-minute walk. You can also enjoy refreshing strolls along the Tama River, which offers a great view of local fireworks displays.

Our concept is "A place where working adults can thrive." We have balanced WORK, LIFE, and BODY elements throughout the house. There are three dedicated workspaces available, allowing you to choose the right environment for teleworking, meetings, or focused tasks. Additionally, the living room features tables that can also be used as workspaces.

Common areas include a spacious kitchen, a relaxing lounge, a fitness room equipped with treadmills, and a laundry area. Washing machines are free to use, and while most rooms have balconies, dryers are available for a fee. The living quarters are separated from the common areas, making it easy to switch between social and private time.

Designed with remote work and online classes in mind, every room comes fully furnished with a desk, chair, bed, curtains, and air conditioning. With private Wi-Fi in every room, you can work comfortably from your own space. At 9.7㎡, the rooms are spacious and welcoming, making this an ideal home for first-time share house residents and people of all ages.

The house has a vibrant community; residents often gather naturally in the lounge, sometimes turning into impromptu small parties. Many of our residents work in IT-related fields, such as systems engineering.
